I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this nail salon. Jason did my nails using the Gel X system, and within less than one week, five of my nails had already lifted. I take care of my nails and did not expect this kind of poor durability, especially after paying for a professional service. I understand that occasional issues can happen, but having five nails lift in under a week is unacceptable. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware before booking. Quality and longevity should match the price and service being provided.

I just moved to Harrison and was looking for a place to get my usual Hard Gel manicure (not many places do it). So I walked in and was immediately greeted by all at the establishment. I asked if they provided the service to which a nice gentleman (Jason) replied that they do. I came in with 6 week old hard gel and needed a lot of TLC! I received the BEST service I have ever received in a nail Salon today at Cocoa!!!!!! Staff was super nice, respectful, kind and ATTENTIVE!!!! Jason took his time with my nails and made sure they were perfect! I am so in love with my nails, the service, the cleanliness!!!!! I am even more in love with how close to home it is!!!! They have a rear parking lot as well with a rear entrance so if Halstead Ave is busy no worries they have more than enough parking! Oh and let me not forget the complimentary massage to die for!!!!!!!! Love love love it here
I was recommended by a friend. The staff is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. They chat with you enthusiastically, so that the process of manicure is not so boring. The fingernail are particularly satisfactory and the price is right. I will come again!
